wow!! Just had this done in a salon today. I had not watced the videos on how they were SUPPOSE TO BE APPLIED...needless to say, they were NOT applied correctly IN THE SALON!! Attended school for cosmetology in 1986, didn't keep my license updated, but to do my own, I don't need a license. And I'm sure I can do a better job than the salon. Glad I found this on KZfaq!!

Try using sns but when applying the top gel on and wait the shine went away and left a Matt finish .what am I doin wrong?

I don't know, but can you please tell me what you did? I love the matte finish look on nails!!!!!

Make sure after tou apply the sealer and let dry you wipe it well with a lint free pad or something before you apple the top coat. Also the first coat of top usually goes Matt, you usually have to apply 2 coats. Hope this helps

They dry within 2 minutes. A lot faster than regular nail polish.
