The show itself appeared in 2010, animated in 2D, and full-length films were released in 3D. And all the songs with 3D animation are just from the musical "Boo York", there are no songs in the show/cartoons except for the main one. But the song "We Are Monster High", appearing at the beginning of each full-length film, gives me goosebumps even after so many years (specifically the version in cartoons, not that clip on KZfaq) Translated in Google:)

Monster High’s show and various movies were great for overall vibes but not for songs or an overarching narrative, Boo York is kind of unique in the quality of its music. None of the other movies are really musicals, there might be a song for a climactic moment but it wasn’t sung by characters usually. If you want a good overarching narrative, check out Ever After High, the related highschool show but filled with fairytale characters instead of classic monster types. Ever After High also wasn’t a musical show, but it has some songs that I personally enjoy, and you might like them too.

The other BEST monster high songs imo are “sorry its over”, “steal the show”, and “we are monster high”. Btw the first 2 songs i listed are from the same monster high movie as “empire” and “boo york, boo york”, the movie is called “Monster High: Boo York, Boo York” lol. I recommend watching it and every other monster high movies, they all introduce new characters, nice plots, and its all very cool to watch especially the aspect of them being kids of famous monsters, creatures, or folklore all in one school, which was a pretty original concept for the time, it was made in around 2009/2010. But the movies stopped being made in 2016, all the movies from 2010-2016 are the same continuity, the movies after that are reboots that basically failed and STILL fail to live up to the original.

Now he has to listen to It Can’t Be over!!! Would also love to mention that all the songs from the Boo York movie have extended versions of the songs! The songs used in the movie were shortened but the extended versions were posted as lyric videos I believe. However for the song empire they changed the voice of the mummy guy to the same voice of pharaoh (the boy who raps in the the Boo York, Boo York song)

Idk if someone said this already but the version of “Empire” you watched came from the official Monster High channel and for whatever reason they didn’t notice that the ending cuts off or glitches out mysteriously. There’s definitely an ending 😂

Been a monster high lover since pretty early on. It influenced my love for drawing and I now study art(still do fanart of my ghouls for nostalgia and just cause I still adore it. This make me happy. I met friends and one of them i met late spring and she gave me a g3 doll. I love g1 and g3. Anyway,I'm rambling. Empire is actually longer,no idea why it cuts there. Weird. Anyway loved this

This is my childhood! But pretty much there is a show, which was the intro for the first song, but all the other ones are from the original movies, that’s why they all look kinda different and there are a couple of new characters in every movie.

for the first one the good animation was for the doll advert and the music video (which also had live action stuff) i think, and the rest of it was for the show, anything 3d is most of the films
