I actually really like the fact that twilight has big wings. Pegasus are probably born with hollow bones, like birds, so they can fly. Now imagine a unicorn, not born for flight, gets wings, how do they fly? They would need a bigger wingspan then a pegasus to get enough lift to get off the ground. So Twilight having big wings makes so much sense to me

I love Sunset for herself in the later movies/specials/shorts, even though it's tough to see her in this movie, her redemption arc will make you like her so much more. Just let it cook.

A colt is a young male horse (hence the horse ears and tail costume items), hence 'Wondercolts'. And oh man, Scoot you would not believe how controversial Flash Sentry's existence was when the movie first came out. People hated him, and all for the crime of, *checks notes* being kind of a flat and boring character and not overly developed. When he was at minor character in the movie he debuted in. All this while acting at the same time like their favourite background ponies were the most interesting and well developed characters in the world. Despite most of them never having even *spoken* at this point (or had maybe one line). As for the other Twilight and Sunset, well as far as Im aware we never actually DO learn about human!Sunset, my guess would be she lives in a totally different city and thus never crossed paths with the vast. As for human!Twilight, well you'll just have to keep watching the movies.

A lot of fans don't like this movie just because they're used to the magical, fantastical elements of the show, and this movie has very little of that. Most people tend to like the second one better, though, myself included. Edit: removed a comma for clarification

I like this movie. About adapting, reconnecting, and standing up for yourself. Learning to communicate and resolve your problems. And not just assume things are one way without actually talking. Because more often than not the answer to your problem is right in front of you.

When this movie came out, I was entering a new school and kid me was shy but this helped me go through with it

I remember watching this movie first time on KZfaq. I thought i accidently click on one of those weird pony video because of the thumbnail but then it turn out it was a real movie. This movie is like one of those "high school doll for little girl" kind of movie but i still love it for how simple the storyline is....sometime being simple is not bad, plus the color design on every character really make them stand out.

This movie is iconic, I remember when I was little first watching it I would have it on repeat and when I finally got the sunset shimmer and twilight dolls I was in shock, I adore the second movie too the songs are amazing

I think human world Angel is better simply because he isn't spoiled by Fluttershy being able to understand *everything* he wants.

The other twilight exists, while the other sunset is just never mentioned or shown- I would hate to assume that sunset Murdered her human self, however there’s more kid friendly options like the other sunset just lives so far away she’s never seen.

Glad you liked EQG! It wasn't received super well upon release but it has a pretty dedicated fanbase nowadays. I, for one, consider Sunset Shimmer to be my favorite MLP character (not because of this film, but because of future films). Part of my love for the series also has to do with some behind the scenes decisions that you'll find out about later, I'm sure.

Sadly a lot of people hated the first EQG movie, I mean I can understand why but the franchise started getting better with each film. And even though I can understand why a lot of people hated the first EQG movie one of the things I liked most about it was the songs! It has some pretty good one's hell I even love the remix version of the FIM theme song in the films intro!!! But at any rate it was very interesting to see what the Mane 6 looked like as humans. The second movie takes place in sometime in the start of Season 5, so it will make sense some details told there until you finish season 4, and for what I remember since I watched the third movie a few days ago, the third movie doesn't really mentions anything related to the series timeline, so I don't think there's a problem with watching it right after watching the second movie Edit: Actually no, the third movie makes a mention of the Season 5 finale, so better watch it after finishing Season 5

I have watch countless times this movie (4-6 times on my own 😂 "probably 2-3 years from one another") and so many people react to this movie But this is my first time hearing, watching the movie and seeing someone react to it on it's original language (English) 🎉

This movie was actually not very well received when it came out, but I always liked it in secret. However, next 2 movies are fire and blow it out of the water. Tbh, I think I like the EQG universe more than the pony universe, and I love the pony universe. The EQG universe just really resonates with me.

There are things left unanswered like: 1. How did Sunset find out about the crown? 2. And how did Sunset knew where the crown is going to be? 3. Because she left before the elements of harmony were found again. Was someone giving her insight? And why Sunset didn't steal the crown when anyone wasn't around?

Twilight's princess crown and element crown are actually seperate crowns. You can see a clear difference between them. It was her ordinary princess crown that was stolen. A little error in the movie. Either that or I missed something.

I feel so lucky for being there when this movie came out, I was very young but I was such a huge fan and rewatched it so much that it's impossible to forget even after so many years of not watching mlp.
