Hi, just stumbled upon your channel. Nice hunt & collection of finds & coins. I have Eq 900 & enjoy beach detecting most. I also like to do playgrounds & parks in that order but am a llittle cautious of irrigation pipes in greener parks. Cheers from Lindsay, Morphett Vale South Australia.

Nice one mate, gotta love the 800. I do land hunts as i am a fair way from the coast but would love to try the beach sometime. Beach 1 factory settings? Cheers!

Hey, thanks for watching! I typically use a slightly modified Beach 1. I normally use a fairly high Recovery Speed (6 or 8), depending on how much junk is around. And I've also slightly adjusted the Tone Break setting for higher tones.

For most coins, I use a jewelry tumbler. For more sensitive coins, I use lemon juice and bi-carb powder. I'll make a demonstration video one day soon!

The second target was actually coin, most likely a dollar coin by the looks, you flicked it out of the hole. It was sitting right there 🤣

Mate, it's all good 👍 I'm sure I've done the same thing many times!! I've only just started the hobby. Currently have an XTerra pro but it seems to have the exact ID numbers as your 800. You've earned another subscriber anyway mate, that's the first video of yours I have watched. Love it!!
