There were two teachers on the plane. One got off and one got on. They were colleagues, not married. The mortician (with the voice) was Tony Todd, a horror veteran. Also Candyman. Note: the cans that they ate from in The Terror had a High content of lead, which caused the meat to rot in them.

In addition to playing William Bludworth in the _Final Destination_ franchise, he played Ben in the 1990 remake of _Night of the Living Dead,_ Worf's Klingon brother Kurn in _Star Trek: The Next Generation_ and _Star Trek: Deep Space Nine,_ Benjamin Sisko's son Jake as an adult in _Deep Space Nine,_ and an alpha Hirogen on _Star Trek: Voyager._ Oh. But it looks like he also played the title character in _Bleak December's_ 2016 audio drama adaptation of Bram Stoker's _Dracula,_ and just this last June, he narrated a spoke-word version of _The Silver Scream_ by Ice Nine Kills. So, yes, he has narrated an audiobook.

I have to love how every movie in this franchise basically takes as a given that Death apparently has a _plan_ and also a twisted sense of _humor._ When it's your time to die, you can't just pass away, peacefully, in your sleep. You can't just have a blood clot in your brain. You've got to have the plane you're flying in _explode._ You've got to die from having a knife plunge into your _chest,_ while you're lying on the floor of a kitchen in a house that's going up in _flames._ You've got to have your skull sliced open by an _engine_ fan. You've got to have a _nail_ gun go off, several times, in the back of your skull. Somethin' really messed up like that.

The part you have seen is part 3. I think this is a good franchise. If you rewatch this movie you should watch the background it gives you hints. At the airport you see a picture of a bus behind the girl who gets hit by a bus later in the movie. My favorite is the 2nd one. My Final destination movies list 1. Part 2 2. Part 5 3. Part 1 4. Part 3 5. Part 4 Final Destination 6 is in pre-production.

when i look at the deathproof room i always think of another one in a terry pratchet fantasy novel. the old wizard who created it had missed something though - the skylights in the ceiling! guess who came to visit him through one of them! 😂😂😂

Not a huge fan of the accident horror in the FD movies, but to each their own. I do enjoy horror icon Tony Todd's presence as Death. For a fun horror comedy with Devon Sawa - Idle Hands

I have never been a good flyer but will fly as a means to an end, like to go on holiday. Being released in 2000, what happened to the plane was said to have been loosely based on the TWA800 disaster near New York in 1996. Two years ago for my return flight back from Greece, the plane we were due to travel on, a new B737-800 (naff plane, very cramped) was replaced at the last minute by a 3rd party charter aircraft, a 25-year-old B757. As it is, I love the 757s so no complaint from me, except that it had a few internal panels TAPED in place. I thought of this film straight away. As it was the flight went well, and after landing in Birmingham, UK, while waiting to get off, I mentioned the panels and referred to this film to some of the cabin crew. They had never seen the film and some said they probably would not, not wanting to tempt fate.

If you enjoyed Tony Todd's "ASMR voice," you should watch him in "Candyman." And I agree with the audiobook idea- for a while I thought it'd be awesome to have a horror audiobook (maybe an anthology) read by him, Tim Curry and (even though he's been dead quite awhile) Vincent Price.

Carter truly reminds me of a bully I had in the 6th grade all the way to the end of Elementary School I'd be having a rivalry with. At times I would try considering him as a friend, but somehow, he proves me wrong, and then... I don't know how to respect him anymore. He can be angry, but he can't go too far.

Gotta disagree with you about Carter being right to be angry. If he'd just stayed in his seat and let the staff deal with Alex yelling instead of pulling his usual toxic masculinity BS, he wouldn't have gotten kicked off the plane. It was his own fault that he couldn't keep his mouth shut.
