So much happened AND mostly unexpected! Crazy episode! Characters I was really waiting to see just gone without even knowing them at all. I'm so confused because it was both upsetting and yet hilarious. 🤷‍♂️ 😂

Remember gabimaru has ninjutsu as well. He is holding back a ton. Authorities labeled his full powers as being above all the red flagged criminals on the island. The red flagged criminals were the criminals that had special powers. The other red flagged criminals easily off their asaemon who were higher ranking asaemon than sagiri. Sagiri does get stronger but it doesn't mean much compared to gabimaru since gabimaru gets stronger as well. Blond cannibal girl that was killed wasn't a red flagged criminal. Also since y'all were confused about the purple ninja girls dying. She wasn't dead. She was sleeping after killing her asaemon. Just letting you guys know so y'all don't get confused when seeing her alive later 😂.

This episode gave me flashbacks to Jujutsu Kaisen Ep 4 and GoT, when things starts popping off and you realize just how dangerous the stakes can get. Hands down the best episode so far.

Okay, after getting a feel of the proper pacing of adaptation with this episode, I am confident in predicting that this first season cour is going to likely adapt up to the majority of Volume 5 of the manga (probably 80% of it or so). And presuming this first season is successful enough, I am betting the rest of the manga can likely be adapted with two more 12-13 episode length cours.

This episode was 4 chapters of content. This season should end at chapter 46 if it continues at this pace... which is actually the perfect cut-off side for season 2 TBH.

Lol yeah its good she does, but this dude has a GIANT charging at him and she's asking him to wrap his hands and be at a disadvantage against a dude who not only is allowed to be untied, but also had Tooons of weapons! There’s something happening with anime protaganists from the creator’s side that Im here for. I still love my edgy characters, but being in my thirties now I seem to resonate more with characters striving to be better, or even representing better values on a whole. We got shonen heroes like Tanjiro and Deku, being badasses but always fighting for values of a higher standard, protection and rehibilitation. On a different side we have Thorfinn and Ganjuro here, recognizing (starting to in Ganjuro’s case) how the violence and loss of life is a terrible thing to be saddled with. Just so refreshing in a form of media were the message often comes off as everything can be resolved by being strong and fighting/defeating people. We should all be pacifists, and its sad when people see that as a weakness, or worse, something impossible.

As much as it's good its a shame that things are getting finished soon most of executioners and criminals died without a proper back story of sort but hopefully another season comes eventually... It's good but wrapping it up quickly makes it 9/10 type of score Well anyways off to watch "my home hero" anime

I feel like the backstory could have made a great season 1 lol. We get this stone cold ninja who’s doing jobs, starts falling in love with this girl, last episode he gets betrayed as the huge twist and thrown in jail, and this would be S2 lol. We only on ep3 and he already has this huge moment with his emotions 😂
