hey I know this might be really strange but I bought the game when the “next” update came out, and I think it’s extremely fun... I’ve only got like 35 hrs in it so far, but I’ve enjoyed all the space exploration, quests, dogfights, pretty sights, etc.

I hated No Man Sky. I played about 20 minutes total when it first came out. But after playing the new update I actually like it. Yea there can still be more stuff added with some updates and yes there are some pretty bad bugs and questionable gameplay designs but the overall game has improved 10 fold since it's horrible release. At least they didn't abandon the game altogether and are trying to turn it around for the people that bought it. With that being said, the game can still use alot of work and new updates. The multiplayer still needs a lot of TLC as well but I've been having a blast playing it.

I have fun in the NEXT update. You need to follow the story line to get all of the free stuff including a freighter and that stuff is really cool, but you also learn a lot about crafting and what not. What i noticed in this video is that you didn't know what you were doing when it came to game mechanics... I'd recommend this place called KZfaq, but it also seemed like you just hate crafting adventure games in general because of the mine to mine concept. I do think that the blueprint system is dumb its not hard to do though just use your scanner and signal boosters. Love your content however it seemed like you just tried to hate this game and went into it from a negative perspective.

I bought no mans sky recently and I've been loving it, while its far from perfect and can use lots of bug fixes and qol improvements i wouldnt call it a bad game, it was pretty terrible upon release but now its something that at least I can thoroughly enjoy with my friends and overall just have lots of fun with.

It's not for everyone, but, as a day one ps4 player, I have and do still enjoy the game greatly :) good vid though!

When the update hit, everyone on my friends list was on the thing for a couple days. Now not a single person is touching it anymore. I think that speaks volumes to me... I was very close to buying it, but I am glad I waited to see it still lacks an extreme amount of things to do.

Honestly if they give this game a few more updates to fix some of the bugs and add some more objectives, I might consider buying it. The game looks really fun to me considering I love exploration games and sci-fi stuff...

The game got a lot better since then, imo. Now the only infuriating parts are finding rare underwater animals, having a small inventory and getting special plans from manufacturing facilities (because it isn’t explained).
