Whatever AI he’s using is alarmingly good at voicing oblivion dialogue. I’m genuinely impressed, if it weren’t for the title and the occasional AI-strokes I’d think he’d somehow convinced the original VAs to do this.

Most of the modders won't be able to afford 11labs and have no patience to learn how to use Tortoise. And big mod team don't want to use AI voice because they don't want to piss off their real voice actors. So I doubt it will ever be very common

Conjurer is my favourite character too. He comes from the Spell Tomes DLC, so he's programmed to track you down with hostile intent anywhere in the game as soon as you load in with the DLC enabled, and he's meant to drop a tome or two to show the player that similar leveled lists are supposed to drop more tomes.

For those who are new here: That is, in fact, Gilbert Gottfried's real voice in that NPC. No, it isn't ripped from anywhere else to the best of my knowledge. In other words, you're looking at one of the last roles Gottfried did before he passed away. Edit: The Master Chief lines are also genuine as pointed out in a reply to this comment.
