Күн бұрынOn December 23rd, 2023 I visited with Larry Shumard. Larry is building his very own PPG - light sport airport, on his property in rural Allendale county South Carolina. Larry took time from the construction process, to show me his progress and talk some about his near future plans. We also got a short PPG flight in on a perfect, clear, 70 degree late December afternoon!

I think it’s quite impressive you remember a wing I had 6 years ago. Ha. What a great place he has there. Would like to make my way up there and meet Larry some day.

87.1 miles from me. Very nice! Would be a nice weekend or a couple weekdays trip to pull the trailer out and camp, even without hookups. Motivation for me to install the 300W solar panel I bought.
