Screw the EPA. -Theres more greenhouse gasses (methane) being released in Antarctica than China and Russia combined. -electric and hybrid cars are becoming way more popular. -in the next 10 years most conventional gas vehicles will be off the road anyways. - motorsports enthusiasts aren't the issue. Its big manufacturing. -most of the pollution is coming from the same group of corporations doing business in communist China. They go unregulated or bothered while using cheap slave labor and making major polution. They also flood our market with cheap Chinese products. Donating to campaigns that make it harder or impossible to do honest lucrative business because its expensive, and the China products they are competing with are extremely cheap. Those politicians who are pushing for EPA regulations are doing so for thier own polital and monitary interests. They are backed by auto makers trying to push the latest and greatest.
@PistonAvatarGuy
@PistonAvatarGuy 3 жыл бұрын
@@chickensofttaco1 "Theres more greenhouse gasses (methane) being released in Antarctica than China and Russia combined." That's because of the warming that we're causing, we're melting the regions of the world that were storing methane and carbon in frozen substrates. "electric and hybrid cars are becoming way more popular." They're not even close to being dominant. The EPA's efforts to reduce air pollution were HUGELY effective and the EPA has done far more good than bad. The recent push to attack performance vehicles, though, is just a power grab.
@chickensofttaco1
@chickensofttaco1 3 жыл бұрын
NO. It's from underwater volcanic activity. I knew someone would come in saying that. And YES, its a power grab, but there's more reasons than just possessing the power. It's big money in politics. If there wasn't money to be made, it wouldn't be happening. Who are the new green politicians? Google who donated to thier election campaigns. Thats why almost all of the auto makers back CARB and produce all thier vehicle according to CARB regulations even after the Trump administration dismantled thier relevance. It's a way to ensure a massive mount of good and affordable used cars are removed from service and scrapped at an ever increased rate. This ultimately means that they will be replaced with brand new complying cars that dont smog check for 8 years in Ca. ANY engine modification here in Ca is illegal. I am an SRT4/mustang guy. I own both. I can't tell you how many beautiful show quality cars get parted out every single day just because they're too far from stock, and they got reffed by a state LEO.
@PistonAvatarGuy
@PistonAvatarGuy 3 жыл бұрын
@@chickensofttaco1 Humans produce 100 times more CO2 than ALL volcanic activity on Earth. How are politicians going to make money by killing a $2 billion/year industry? Without emissions controls, we'd be living in a cloud of smog, like the Chinese, or like Americans did before emissions regulations. Also, unless you're driving a diesel, the emissions control systems aren't going to be what causes problems on your car and shortens its life. CA goes a little far in regulating modifications. IMO, as long as cars pass an emissions test under load (on a dyno, like they do in Texas), then they should be allowed to be on the road. The vast majority of people don't care about the emissions control systems on their cars and don't modify them, so it's barely even an issue.
@chickensofttaco1
@chickensofttaco1 3 жыл бұрын
@@PistonAvatarGuy you're flat out ignoring what I'm saying. Why do you think the Chinese are living in smog? Because too many cars? NO. Its because now nearly everything sold at the stores in America comes from China. Look at Walmart for example. It might be difficult to find 100 items in that store that are made in America. Its not because Americans are incapable of manufacturers said types of items. Its because the EPA makes it extremely expensive and difficult to produce anything. I have worked at places (aircraft industry) in CA, where we had to weigh our bottles of Isopropyl alcohol before and after we used them. How fucking ridiculous. Ca has to measure and account for a basic solvent that you can buy from Walgreens for 99 cents. You think the people producing harley parts, or ford mustang mt82 transmissions are measuring how much IPA they dispense on an 8 hour shift?! HA!! Also, its NOT just the volcanic gasses. Its that the methane is being released from within the ice thats being melted from the volcanic activity.

It's all about the P, the D, then the I... Power-how hard I push, Dampening-The cautious guy telling you to slow down-targets coming fast-Push back on P to help not to overshoot (more D causes more "noise" which turns into heat and can burn up electric motor if too high), and the I- (the "I remember" value) which on kwads, is used to hold rock steady in any wind condition. That pull was super sick!!!! Can't wait for it to hit the track! We'll be waiting... LOL
