Good day . I have been trying since the 5th to withdraw my sassa grant. Right until today I did not get my money. I even went today to pick and pay and my balance shows only R85. Just want to know when we will be receiving our grant . This is money that we used to feed ourselves . Very sad to know that we have false news saying that the problem has resolved

My mums neigbour who is 83 years old is still battling to get her social grant. That's her only income. Very sad that our elderly people got to still wait. The young people are all getting their grants. Not fair. All our elders life matters

Today is Saturday and still cannot withdraw my Sassa grant. The customer care lines are not working or they just don't answer the calls. This is unacceptable and disgusting

People need to be reimbursed the money's that they had to use getting up and down every single day with no money. For the monies deducted everytime they insert their cards into an ATM. I had R130 in my account now R74 because of bank charges

Morning Since last week Tuesday till today 12 of September 2023 my uncle still waiting for his money and the money is only source of income he has.

SASSA must sort their shit out. There are kids going hungry, because of their incompetence

I also had problems last week 3 times but not only with Sassa. The problem is the internet is to weak because of the loadsheddings, hence the ATM ' s don't work. 3 x my Sassa amd NB were twice rejected but the 3th time in a row they worked. The goverment needs to get those bloddy loadsheddimgs under controll. 🤮😡😱

SA post office are just as quilty as post bank. Many branches simply don't have any money to pay. Branches that do have money regularly run out. Grant recipients are forced to return time and again only to find out the money has run out again. This is money paid into post bank accounts administered by post office. Their debit cards were cancelled by post bank without even notifying the card holders. Now they have to jump through hoops costing extra money every month to withdraw their grants. Added to this recipients are treated as second class citizens when trying to access their grants. Shame on SA Post office and their staff.

Old age grant payout date

Every year they have a glitch and they keep apologizing...one day we will wake up and there will be no money at all. Last year there were two men also aplogizing. Just stop this nonsense we have accounts to pay and get charged interest and it affects our credit status.
