Ep 35 Clip 2 Welcome back to the podcast my people! Today I am sat with Cameron Cairnduff who is a film maker. Cameron recently finished filming his upcoming short film ‘Sunrise.’ Sunrise is about a scam artist who saves the life of a suicidal women. I don’t want to say too much he himself explains it better during the podcast. What Cameron is doing through his movie is highlighting the effects of mental health but also showing we are not alone. Throughout the podcast Cameron talks about his own personal experience with mental health also the experiences of those around him and how their tragic deaths pushed him to make the best short film he could, to raise awareness for people who want to commit suicide. Moreover, we speak about personal development and how we can try to help ourselves or create a sense of community to look after one another. Overall, this a very insightful and important episode I hope you all enjoy it half as much as we enjoyed creating if for you.
