This performance took place in my home studio in the Judaean Hills together with the artist and songwriter Shai Sol accompanied by Hurdy Gurdy. The lyrics I have written around 10 years ago when my flatmate have shared with me the challenges he have suffered as a believer and his doubts that started to sneak into his heart.
When hearing this, I started writing in my diary, addressing him and telling him :
What would you desire, weary soul,
And what would you ask, beloved?
Pray thee, do not sleep
For the days are not ended
Rest yourself, and let your spirit

And when they shall receive your heart’s secret
Sing, burst forth in joyful song

The haunting melody of the song compliments the hopeful lyrics. This song gives a true description of being hopeful when everything goes dark and becomes uncertain. The music sets the tone and the lyrics bring comfort. As things get darker and darker on the earth we as believers have this hope: Yeshua will return and set up His Kingdom.

Wow. Love this. Reminds me of the British group "Medieval Babes", their early music. They also use ancient traditional instruments. The timbre reminds me of a cat purring. As a matter of fact, one of mine only comes and lays next to me when I am praying, or listening to messianic praise music. 😂 Animals know when the spirit of the CREATOR is present! And she immediately came over and started rubbing her head on my phone when this was playing! Hauntingly beautiful! Thank you! ( And Meribel, the messianic cat says Toda Rabah too!) 😂😅😇🐱😍😻

But prior to that, HE graciously allowed a stray cat to show up on my patio nursing her 4 kittens! So I started fostering for a rescue.🐱😊 That might help your feelings of loss.
