My "grandmother" listened to him faithfully but she did not share her knowledge she just showed me love and most of all understanding..

I understand the 3 men to be ELOHIM, which is the plural form of the word GOD, used within the first few chapters of Genesis. My perception from reading the text is that God in 3 Persons (Blessed Trinity) visited Father Abraham. Thank you for this in depth teaching, it was a delight to re-evaluate the chapters. EVERYTHING we need is in the Word of God.

I always wondered how the bible could be so detailed by someone who was not present during certain events. For instance, how was the events in Genesis chapter one written and by who?

Why do you supposed so many religious people insist on taking the stories in the bible literally especially when they don't add up in that manner?

The pastors in the church only spend about 10 to 20 minutes speaking from the bible and some still try use for a particular message. They teach religiousity and not the bible in the church. They're definetly not going to teach you the real meanings. You really have to take the time to read for yourself and pray for understanding.
