soft and fluffy homemade donut recipe

Hello everyone, this time I will make a soft and fluffy donut, the ingredients are so simple that anyone can make them.
Then please enjoy watching.
Ingredients :
250g / 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (medium protein)
4g / 1 tsp instant yeast
30g / 2 tbsp sugar
7g / 1/2 tbsp milk powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg yolk
140 ml / 9 tbsp milk
30g / 2 tbsp butter / margarine

I modified the recipe a tiny bit. I switched the milk powder with milk and added an whole egg instead of the flour with protein. But it's my all time favourite! Thx!

It's my first time making donuts at home and I followed the recipe exactly and everyone loved the donuts so much!!!!! I just left mine to rest for an hour instead of 40 minutes because the weather is cold and didn't use powdered milk because i didn't have at home but they still came out amazing 😍😍😍
