3 chicken eggs.

Sift some flour from the total amount (280 g).
16g baking powder.
Mix everything together.
Sift the remaining flour.
Mix everything well with a mixer.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
The weight of one piece of dough is 365 g.
Add 60g of chocolate to part of the dough.
Mix everything together with a spatula.
Add 50 g marshmallows to the remaining dough.
Mix everything together with a spatula.
Fill the dough into piping bags.
Make muffin tins out of parchment paper.
The size of each piece of parchment is 12.5*12.5 cm.
Place the parchment in the cavity of the baking pan.
Press the parchment with a glass.
Pour the dough into baking pans.
Makes 6 chocolate muffins.
And 6 marshmallow muffins.
Sprinkle the dough with almond blossoms.
Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
