因為冰塊可以控制麵糰的溫度，溫度太高麵糰發酵太快，烤出來的麵包裡面組織會太乾，不好吃。

This is terrible. So much butter in one bread is just dangerous for your health. Hypertension and even heart issues can be caused by this. It's not cheese fill we're talking about here, it's freaking butter. The amount of sugar and butter in these breads are a hazard to people's health.
