“They” said that granola was healthy… but didn’t mention that most of the ones on the market were really little better than downing a candy bar for breakfast in terms of sugar and undesirable ingredients!
I LOVE granola! Especially soft-batch granola. But I didn’t see anything I actually wanted to give my family on the market, so I made my own!
Of course, we had to put our superfoods spin on the recipe- so each one has a purpose!
