Nifty trick I do when cutting dough is to use my pizza cutter. Goes really fast. 💗

This recipe is almost identical to my mother's potato bread recipe that she made frequently while I was growing up. The only real difference is that her recipe uses cooked potatoes and made 2 loaves of bread, so the ingredients were doubled. I love the convenience of being able to use potato flakes. I am adding this one to my best-loved recipes list, and I know it will be used often. (Is there anything better than potato bread?) Yum!

Heather my daughter and her daughter made the stuffing bread and the whipped butter for Thanksgiving, they were both DELICIOUS. After the bread was made they brought it into my bed room to smell it, the smell was driving them crazy I told them we needed to taste it they went to the kitchen with big smiles and came back with slices of bread covered with butter it was so amazing. Heather your recipe is so easy and delicious. I've altered twice. one with half whole wheat and bread flour... oh so yummy and the other I used the dough to make my annual Runza recipe. They went over way better than store bought dough. Thanks!
