2 Eggs
2 tbsp Sugar
30g Fresh Cream
50g Milk
3 Slices of Bread
Butter

오늘 만들어 봤는데 입맛 까다로운 9살짜리 조카놈도 한입 먹더니 오옷? 하네요 그야 말로 미미 였습니다. 겉에 잘라낸건 튀겨서 설탕 솔솔 뿌려서 바삭하게 먹으니까 좋았습니다. 잘 먹고 갑니다

Hello! I made this today and it was delicious, thank you so much for this recipe! Also, I'm very happy that I can make more batter and store it in the fridge to save time in the morning. I replaced the maple syrup with cinnamon, and next time I won't cut the bread crust off bc I don't know what to do with it haha. I'll be looking forward to breakfast every day now. 감사합니다!!!

Put a drop of rhum and some vanilla in your mix and brush the bread with maple syrup when frying it in butter and you will easily reach the Michelin star level .
