Ingredients -
Chicken thai boneless 800 grm
First marination
Salt to taste
1/2 tbs red chilli powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tbs ginger garlic paste
Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs mustard oil
Mix well
Keep rest for 2-3 hour or overnight as well
Second Marination
Mustard oil 3 tbs
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
Red chilli paste 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Roasted kasoori methi powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
BHUna besan 1 tsp
Hung curd 1/3 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp option
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
For smoke -
1 live charcoal
3-4 clove
1/2 tsp ghee
Butter for basting
