Nice review. I got the Dunu Davinci, Elysian Pilgrim and Simgot EA500lm. I love the Dunu Davinci, enjoyable across all genres- will appeal to many. Shines with the Onix Alpha dac. The Pilgrim, lots of detail but I found it uninspiring (and sold it). The pentaconn connector made it expensive for me to try another cable as mine are 2 pin and mmcx. Sold. I didn’t have the more expensive Simgot - I’ve got the EA500lm and love that. An enjoyable listen across all genres. I’ve sold most of my other IEMs and just focussing on the Davinci and the EA500lm. Others I’m curious about are niche: the Sivga Nightingale and the Discinco. Also the Studio 4.

Your experience with these mirrors my own. It's really difficult to tune BA's to "not sound" like BA's.

I really like simgot supermix 4 as an all arounder. But it might be too bassy. I'm big on bass being important. 150-200 is a good sweet point in my opinion.
