I flew Aer Lingus in 2016, and have nothing but good memories of the trip ORD-DUB-AMS and back. While the basement at DUB can get crowded, it's great for clearing through to US customs and skipping the lines in Chicago. Will be taking the same trip in July and I'm looking forward to it. Wanted to watch some more modern footage and its as good as it was. Thanks!

I had that same meal on Aer Lingus in April 2023, it was delicious. Flight Attendants were terrific. Flight from ORD-DUB-ORD was absolutely fantastic

I flew ORD-DUB-ORD last month. I did not have a power outlet and the screen in front of me was controlled by a remote. Everything else was lovely though.

Thanks for this video. I'm flying DC to Rome (with a layover in Dublin) on Aer Lingus next week and was curious what to expect. Now I just hope I'm lucky enough to also have empty seats behind & in front of me, so I don't get reclined into. I had a kind of miserable flight to Denmark last year because the guy in front of me kept his seat way back the whole way, even during dinner, even after the flight attendant specifically asked him to move it up so I'd have room to eat.

We flew from Newark NJ on that and o was in center very cramped for a long. Flight but coming back was great it was a 2-3-2 much better staff was good 😊

I took this flight on July 13th. I have to say, the plane left a little to be desired. The IFE screens were too dark to see much of anything even at night and there was no wi-fi. I wasn't going to buy it but it was broken for the whole plane including business class. It had the typical sardine-like rows of seats like all airbuses seem to but maybe since the last long flight I was on was aboard a 787 this is an unfair comparison. The flight crew was lovely and I have no complaints about the service.

Well at least you got to fly on a newer aircraft. The one I flew on had no business in the air, it was an absolute piece of junk. Nothing worked on it and the cabin crew were the oldest crew I've ever seen - they looked like a bunch of geriatrics out on a day trip. It was an awful experience. A friend of mine flew the same route on the same plane two weeks later and still nothing worked. Aer Lingus has gone from bad to worse since IAG got hold of it.
