there is one concept..Indoor solar cells... solar cells that use unused or so called waste light...It means now there is research going on to harvest light enegy from the indoor light sources (LED, halogen lamp, and fluroscent lamp). In this way, solar cells can convert light from our bulbs (mostly installed inside the buildings) to electricity. This energy can be use to power low-power electronic devices such as wireless sensors, digital dadgets etc..because these power require very small amount of power.

This sound similar to "Peltier Module". If we apply heat on one side of peltier module then it will generate electricity. In my opinion we don't need to combine thermal technology into solar panels. We can use them along with the solar panels. Solar panels can generate electricity in the day time and peltier modules can generate electricity where heat is available no matter which time of the day it is.

Sir solar system is domestically not getting success because people claim that its out of their reach in terms of finances. Installing other thermo diodes will eventually increase the cost. Idk how will that additional cost balance the efficiency gap. Anyways the information is good. We could also improve the efficiency by other methods like creating a greenhouse effect for solar panels and making them rotate along with direction of sun.✌️

Also the thar area in Pakistan is huge area where solar panels can be installed, like they are making electricity through solar panels in Saudi Arabia , they have taken up lot of area there for this project , thar is a large area where nothing grows and is kept useless

Balochistan can be used for additional dams for flood water and solar energy plants . Secondly pakistan has largest water irrigation canals , . Solar plates can be implants above these canals . If will aslo save water from evaporation
