Why can't i change wifi name after i once online the logger bcz when i change the wifi name it's not connecting

After changing the WiFi name, you will need to reconfigure the network.

Can you explain what is installer to do O&M in the later stage at 2:36 i dont understand, and can i connect multiple accounts to 1 power plant?

Let me clarify your question about the installer's role in operation and maintenance (O&M) at 2:36 in the video. if you choose to purchase our Swatten residential energy storage product, Our installation personnel are responsible for setting up and configuring the Swatten residential energy storage system. Once installed, they ensure the system runs optimally and perform regular maintenance to guarantee its continued efficiency. Additionally, APP systems support connecting multiple accounts to a single power plant. This can be easily facilitated through authorization, allowing for a seamless and consolidated management experience.

Hhi. My problem starts from Add a logger, when I scan QR code they message me that this plant is already registered, last month I was trying to connect my solar plant from different devices but unfortunately couldn't succeed. Now would you please guide me how i remove all previous registration and apply for new one to configure it with my solar. Thanks and waiting for your prompt reply ❤

If I Unbind logger from one Plant and re-bind it to other Plant, all historical statistics will be retain or lost?

Data will be lost, unbinding the data stick will delete the historical data, binding again is equivalent to creating a new power station, so it is not recommended that customers unbind themselves.

why the grid and the consumption status are presented like a dash -(-)--- there is no numbers and is it normal for all the production to be consumed by the house ? because I believe the contract with the company that did the work said that the excess power will go to the local electricity station to be stored there like we sell them the excess power production . did i do sth wrong ?

1. Could you please clarify which interface you are referring to with the description 'grid and usage status display like a dash with no numbers'? Are you talking about the energy flow diagram screen or the device information screen? 2. Regarding your question about whether it's normal for all the power generated to be consumed by the house, it depends on the balance between the power generated and the power consumed by the domestic loads. If the load is relatively high, it is possible for all the generated power to be consumed by the house. Any excess power will be stored in the battery, and if the battery is fully charged, the surplus power will be exported to the grid, meaning it will be sold to the grid.

Is it normal to have production 630W, battery full but not providing power, consuption 500W and power towards grid equal to 970W? What does it mean?

This is not a normal situation. We speculate that other systems may have been connected to the inverter system.

@swatten I have 2 queries can you please help me with that ? 1) Under the "Statistics" tab under "Running Days" it showing "Not in Operation" may I know the reason for that and how can I rectify that ? 2) Under "Real time" tab I am only able to see Production Power and Production Today..Not able to see any animation as shown in your video.. may I know what may be the reason ? Can you please help me with these 2 issues please ? @Swatten

First, 1.please confirm if the device is online. 2.Then, check if the inverter is connected to the battery. If a compatible battery is properly connected, it should be displayed.

@Swatten at step 2 of configuring the network, it asks for correct AP_network while My device (SN) network does not contain any prefix AP, so it does not connect. What must i do?

Generally, we do not recommend using AP configuration. If the Bluetooth network configuration fails, please check the network settings according to the prompts and try again. If you need to use AP configuration, please confirm that the READY light turns off and then starts blinking again after 15 seconds. If the device does not detect a network with the AP prefix, please wait for about five minutes before trying to search again.

There is no reading for Grid. It always show 0.0KWH. although I have exported some units which I can see to on my grid meter but no data shows on app. It says all units are self consumed

Dear, the grid data is there, according to the unit KWh judgement should be electricity related data, this kind of data is uploaded by the meter, so it is presumed that it may not be connected to the meter or the meter communication cable is not connected properly, you can check it, and then re-look at whether there is grid data.

I installed a Plant recently. But in solarman app it shows all devices are offline. Only two days data is available. No data is available now. How can fix it..

Typically, there are two possible reasons for this issue: The connection between the data logger and the inverter is not secure. You can try unplugging and reconnecting the data logger. The network status is poor. Improving the network connection can help resolve this issue.

Good afternoon, I installed a solar station back in 2018-19, but only now got around to setting up online monitoring. But now when I try to register "plant" I get this message "Due to policy and regulatory restrictions, not support for building plants in the region at this time. Please log out switch the country and region in the login page." How to be in such a situation (I'm from Ukraine)?

IMPORTANT pour ceux qui n’arrivent pas à connecter les panneaux au wifi, il faut prendre le S/N wifi quand vous scannez sur l’application. Pas le SN du code barre. J’ai eu le soucis et impossible de me connecter.

There are several scenarios regarding the question you asked 1. Please check if the wifi stick is installed correctly. 2. It has something to do with the signal strength of the wifi, if the wifi signal is weak, it's easy to not be able to connect.

Go to the plant info and select the system type as "self consumption". I guess yours is selected as "all on grid". Just make this change. Hope it helps.

If when binding the data stick to the power station, it shows that the data stick has already been bound to another power station, you need to contact the manufacturer from whom you purchased the product to help you resolve this.
