@@PaulBensonEV - Do you happen to know if there are any adjoining vacant lots available in that development? I think I saw lot 1407 - but it is no longer listed.

The last time 1407 was on the MLS active was 2010. No other adjoining lots to that property are currently available. In the entire development there are two vacant lots available, one with 5.73 Acres for $2.925M and one with 10.82 Acres for $5.125M.

Carmine, this house has 6 bedrooms, meaning 12 people could sleep there very comfortable. If we would have 12 people in the video, people get distracted from the home.

@Madison Daily How I (or otherelse) could be jealous of those no-sense objects my friend. I could be jealous, if I hadn't met my beautifull wife or my son's smile ever in my life, or if I never had travelled all around the Italy eating delicious, small & cheap street food in every corner on the street, or walking on the sunset barefoot in a small beach in Sardinia Island (for free). But I know that, for you, it's impossible to understand it, because you are a typical money oriented person, and only when (one day) you'll put off your brain from the wallet and you'll put it on your head, and you'll switch on your eyes, your soul and your heart, only that day... you'll understand me and see the world with an other prospective. Sorry if I don't understand you and your priority, but I'm Italian and I don't need all those rooms, Bathrooms or a waterfall in the middle of the garden. Just a family and friends dinner, all together, with good wine, fish and fresh vegetables under a very big olives tree, smiling and Laughing all together, that's make me happy and free; and you... you can continue to roast your marshmallow on a fake fire (gas powered) in the middle of the infinite garden. And sincerely... if, one day, you'll want to come here in Italy to see with your eyes all those paradise you'll be my guest. Carmine Ps. Sorry for my bad English. :)
