Dunno if you're aware, but Established Titles (and other similar services) don't actually legally grant you the title. It's a novelty gift, it basically says so on their website. You can call yourself whatever you want and you can have the certificate to make things look official. Just be aware of this fact.

Make my pudding recipe and eat fast as you can. // Has about few thousand calories. -2x Oreos packages 800gr -4x packs of Unflavored gelatin -1x 1 pound of Cocoa powder -1x Gallon of milk -1x tin of Condensed Milk 14oz =Preparation/cooking= 1-Crush all the oreos on a bowl/pan etc... 2-put the milk gallon on a blender 3-now boil some water and melt the gelatin, and mix well until is disolved 4-with the blender ON, and filled with milk put the disolved gelatin while still hot and keep mixing 5- next, add all the crushed oreos in the mix, mix well till is complete homogenic 6-now add the condesend milk and cocoa powder and keep mixing 7- Keep mixing for about 2 min till everything is homogenic 8-Put it all in a bowl/pan, but a bowl that fits all 9-the put it on the fridge for about 12h, till get a consistency of pudding 10-Eat only whe has a consistency of pudding.

Or just buy an oreo pie crust, get a pack of jello choc pudding, and a container of cool whip. Then make a layered chocolate pie(take half the pudding and put it at the bottom of the crust, then mix half the cool whip with the other half of pudding and put on top of that, and finally put the last half of cool whip on top. Then let sit in fridge for a few hours and eat). Tastes extremely good and is very easy/cheap to make.

As a very old fan I've always been impressed by Matt's ability to consume massive amounts of food, in such a short period of time, doing it for a living, and not to mention staying thin and healthy while doing so for so many years. I don't think no one ever will be able to match that, he's like the Tom Brady, or the Michael Jordan, or the Messi of competitive food eaters. But one thing I always have wanted as a fan is to watch him make a video without the head band. A forehead reveal of sorts.

@Evil Eye well it wasn’t your traditional grandma‘s turkey but I would give it a B+. It was not dried or anything came up cooked really well. Turkey was great I was just not as impressed with the side dishes like the mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie.
