Step 1 on moving in : cut all the weedy bushes down & mow all the grass.....THEN you can see what you've got ! Step 2 - finish hallway up top. Step 3 - Design new bedroom in that extension & get planning permission. Assuming you can afford it of course. Great potential & a very nicely done house, I noticed the roof appears to be new too !. A big frig is the only thing missing in that kitchen, and change that awful brown, but colors are always where we all differ ! An excellent buy !

So if the property has an older septic system on it that probably won’t pass inspection, are there updates or modifications you can make to it or do you have to put in a whole new septic system usually? Also you mention the proper has hardly been lived in. Is this a new build or just an extensive remodel (that hasn’t been lived in much since being remodeled)?1 The finishes are very nice!

Thanks for watching. When the diagnostics are carried out in the house (the surveys) the report will state if modifications are needed or a whole new system. Based on the finding of the reports then a re-negotiation may be necessary. Enjoy the rest of the weekend 😀

Thank for watching, we have about 40 properties that are still for sale…. If always says in the title if the house is sold or under offer, so if it doesn’t say that, then it is still for sale. Having asked my husband (Sean) as it’s not my strong point….. 4000m is an acre, 2.5 acres make a hectare. We have something similar coming in the market this week but the land may not be enough as it is just under 4000m Watch this space….. 😀👍

@@propertyforsaleinfrance some of your houses look a lot like the old farm houses near where I live in Terrasse Vaudreuil Quebec. Many of them are on what we call une farmette and most are 100 to 250 years old some older. These were built by French immigrants in the 18 and19 century. They brought it here.
