Soldiers coming home - Sailor surprises Mom for Christmas

After weeks of planning our Sailor gets to surprise Mom during a family weekend trip to Big Bear Lake in CA. She was sure that he wasn't going to be home this Christmas. Little does she realize He will be home for Christmas. And a special thank you Denny's in Big Bear for helping us make the surprise come together. She really thinks that she's looking at a Photoshop type app that adds people into the picture. Everyone is in on the surprise except of coarse mom. I picked up my son the night before from the airport and we got together with the family and did some careful planning. Grand Daughter (Quinn) was with her uncle for the last 16hrs and was just trying to talk to him and show him the cut out that was made of him. The hard part was trying to keep her attention forward. Watch her Lol!. This is our special Christmas gift to Mom.

Quinn is so special to us. She loves her uncle. She had just spent the last 16hrs with him. Her mom sitting across the table trying so hard to keep her attention forward and and Quinn trying to show her uncle the cut out. Too funny!

Oh....my....god....this is gutwrenching..please experience life before having a child because if you think oh yayy i wish this was happening to me as a mother...then you must be very very young...no mother should feel the agonizing worry fear and stress of a child in the military...this brief relief will soon go back to agony when his leave is over...please dont wish this...its crying sobbing hysterically when you hear news of an area you know your kid is stationed near being bombed and heavy arsenal...combat is a mothers nightmare...until you have them home...every minute is eternity, ...

The house will not go to war, because: it is controlled by Democrats who are against war. Iran recently attacked a military base, afterwards stating it would not attack again if US did not retaliate. How do you not know if the OP is struggling with infertility or not? Or the age of 30, wanting to get a baby before she comes of age? (I hope my assumption is not the case.) In conclusion, no retaliation means no war. No war means no WW3, and since most countries are under the nuclear war deal..not likely nukes will be at play. Truly a Blessing to have a Family Member Representing our Great Nation and Especially being able to come home for the Holidays. I just Lost my Father A Navy Veteran who served during the Korea and Vietnam Wars upon the USS Tucker DD. This warmed my heart. Congratulations for such a wonderful family moment.

I like how the little girl, who's the jewel of the family, steps aside to let him get his love from mom. I wish the world was like this with those who are successful.
