I remember when the T9 was at the Dean Forest Railway with Met 1 and the Beattie Well Tank during the Flour Mill Steam Gala, 2nd July 2016, It was really a enjoyable experience riding behind the T9. Great Video

I know someone is going to hate me for this...but that engine reminds me of Edward from Thomas and Friends.

Last time I saw this T9 she had pulled into Bodmin General and got her reverser gears stuck and had to be dragged out of the station for a quick repair by a little GWR pannier tank... Made my day seeing that

Just to let everybody know, because I said the steam locomotive looks exactly like Edward the blue engine.

Can’t quite say why, but I’ve taken a good liking to this engine. It’s a charming little machine. Would love to see her in action.

Rumour has it that in the dying days of BR they managed to get a T9 to hit 100mph, can't be sure where but I think it might have been the Kent Coast line.

Great Video as always, sadly (after working on her) I feel that Bodmin and Wenford have permanently knackered this amazing icon

Hmm…I wonder. Do you have any plans to review the LNER's surviving 0-4-0 tanks? Particularly the Y5?
