Solenn's Recipe:
2 cups flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 white sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola oil
1 cup unsweetened choco chops and 1 thick cut chocolate bark
Baked at 175c 6 to 9 mins
Erwan's Recipe:
3 cups flour (recommed 2 1/2 Cups)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup room temp butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 chip white sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened choco chips (should have gone with 2 cups)
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tbsp of canola oil
Baked at 175c for 8-10mins
In retrospect, i should have added 1 tbsp of oil to my cookie, reduced the flour to 2 1/2 cups and cooked them slightly less. (on video 12 mins)
