They actually wouldn't be that surprised, as the original bicycle was a fixed gear and people back then were doing similar tricks, albeit not nearly has complicated as the ones in this video. They'd probably be more blown away by what BMXers do, what with grinding down handrails and jumping massive gaps, which to us is more "normal" than what's seen above, haha

Kids in the US have been doing it on BMX since the 80's. It's called flatland freestyle competitions.

@@scarbourgeoisie Obviously you don't realise girls can feel uncomfortable with riding bicycles too; sitting a certain way can irritate or hurt. I would ride my bicycle all the time when I was a child and teenager. Also Marathon bicyclists crossed my mind as well so I had found your comment very lame, that's why I have replied with what I said.
