During this sit, we hold the Palestinian people in our hearts and offer prayers of healing. There is a silent sit, walking meditation, Medicine Buddha Mantra offering and prayers for healing, followed by chanting. At the end Eli gives a talk reflecting on our responsibility as people in the United States, as human beings, to call out genocide and apartheid states.
