Moving components is a basic capability in Motion Studies but often causes confusion as the same study setup may solve differently depending on the study type used. In this video we explore movements in each study type.

Animations can create prescribed motion with Mates and Keypoints or by drag motion with keypoints, but keypoints are not supported in the other types of motion studies in the same way. Gravity, Motors, and Contacts do a good job of creating realistic motion and Motion Analysis works in a very similar way but with different parameters available.
