Now the plan was to do a couple of day SOLO at the Hut BUT The River was already high due to a serious wet weather event that occurred about a week earlier.
So getting across was OK even know the Local Ranger WONT CROSS the Ford (a shallow place in a river or stream allowing one to walk or drive across) If the rock's are under the water.
So the 1st day was Awesome But 3am arrived with Heavy Rain and DID NOT STOP, So I had to break camp very early to get back across The Mitta Mitta River.

G'day Louis, that's one of my favourite rivers the Moroka. I like to cook those steaks hot to seal fast then slow it down to get medium to rare 😉

@@louiskudlak2256 100% mate, I tried to cook one on a pot belly stove but couldn't get the heat transfer so that steak ended up cooked on gas 🤣

When frying steak the salt must go on before hand but pepper should go on after it's cooked, assuming you want to destroy a perfectly good steak with pepper... Why? Pepper burns in the pan, you can clearly see it in the pan.
