A trip in early May by the Bothnian bay at Bjuröklubb. There is still snow here and there, but not more than I can move around easily. A beautiful sunny day, taking it easy, relaxing and making my coffee on the Trangia stove.

In the beginning; If I sat near that babbling brook for 5 minutes it would take a SLEEP doctor to remove me from the scene. Real nice movie Erik, Thank you.

Simplicity is indeed beauty. And your films portray it perfectly. I hope you are okay. I heard you have been unwell. Wishing you all the best and hope to see more films from you.

Been watching your series for nearly a year now. Like all your dedicated viewers, I love your simplistic approach to all the subtleties that nature has to offer. And finally, I noticed in this clip the trick to making outdoor coffee much easier & tastier. It appears as though you buy whole beans, then either finely chop them, or grind them very course thus allowing the coffee grounds to sink to the bottom of your 'resplendent' cook pot! Cheers,...keep 'em coming, Erik.

When I was a kid in Finland the older guys would put debarked sticks into big red ant nests like that one and wait for the ants to deposit some kind of sticky substance on them and then pull out the sticks to suck on them to their hearts content.
