@@fatbuddycat ya but of all the problems that you could have, small motors and mini bikes is pretty tame and inexpensive in comparison to hookers and blow. You should start posting videos. I would love to see some of my subscribers collections or single bike even.

The only way to make a mini bike faster is by having higher gearing or removing the governor

Honestly? Whatever a stock hemi predator is plus a muffler delete. I haven't done anything to the motor or carb. This spring I'll probably do a stage one kit or at least my version of it. Thanks for watching.

You can get a smaller back sprocket for less torque and a higher end speed. I just went from a 75 tooth to a 56 tooth and now I don't kill myself plus I get an extra 20mph top speed to put me at 50mph

@@mrmurphy172 nah, I'm in Illinois. And I have to be cautious because although I'm in a neighborhood that generally doesn't care, certain police will go as far as impounding stuff that isn't licensed. A town less than 5 miles away started to already.

I maybe running a different sized sprocket on either the clutch and/or rear wheel than you are which could account for any major difference in speed between yours and mine. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Its been upgraded with a Predator 212cc motor but the 89cc motor will move an adult so I would imagine it to be ok for a youth.

Probably best to invest in a lock and chain. They're so light you can carry it away. Thanks for watching

Thats an interesting question. The Frame wheels tires forks and handlebars are from a DoodleBug. Which I believe was a copy of a Coleman ctu 100. The DoodleBug was sold at places like Tractor Supply. The original motor has been replaced with a Predator 212 hemi from Harbor Freight and the clutch and rear sprocket were off of Amazon. I hope this answers your questions. Hi. It's a combination of sprocket gearing, and a 6 hp motor with a governor bypass. GPS says it goes about 40 mph. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Cvt will make you go faster my doodlebug goes 50mph i weight around 185lbs i buy cvt plus 15 tooth front sprocket stock rear 70t w a pred212cc stock plus header pipe i get 50mph

@@Pizzastevesgardenandmore really ?...that's what I had on my homemade mini, except I have a 74 tooth rear sprocket. But it was way too torquey. Pop wheelies right from the start. I couldn't even drive it. I'm thinking about swapping it for 60 tooth sprocket

Hi. No real modifications have been made other than bypassing the govenor and a muffler delete and header I made from a metal and wicker chair. Chairs with metal frames make a Nice cheap source of pipe. Thanks for commenting. I appreciate the views.

I'm not 100% sure on the front but I think its a 12T front and 50T back sprockets. I know its a 50 T back i counted the front but its dark and greasey. Pretty sure that I counted 12. Top speed is around 45mph with 150 lb man child riding it.

Paul C. Reilly it’s going quite well, the project is current at a stall, mainly because of school, plus we got 2 puppies during the summer. But we are almost done sandblasting the frame from all the rust from over the years. I am excited to get back into the project and I’m hoping that it’ll be done by Christmas. No. It's not a Coleman brand. The frame is a clone of a Coleman CT200U but not an actual Coleman. I think it was sold at stores like Tractor Supply originally. The motor was originally an 80cc 2.5hp. I put a Predator 212 on it. I have another video on my channel where my buddy is riding one of my other mini bikes . They are not street legal but will not get in trouble with cops unless in a heavily populated area or doing something else bad. If a cop sees you they will just send you home. I get in trouble every other week lol

Not street legal. Nor was it designed for street use. If you want a legal mini bike you can try the Honda Grom or Honda Monkey. Or find an old but titled Honda trail 50. But those are like 3k.

Excellent question. If I get caught I will be issued a ticket and possibly arrested. That being said the police in my area are pretty chill, they don't come around but once a day, I don't ride all the time and I am very conscience of my neighbors.
