Thank you Corporal Kelly for keeping things affordable, because a lot of people can't afford all of the fancy equipment that some bushcrafters show. So thanks again for being mindful of us common people, because we know that you know what it's like. 🫡🇺🇸 sincerely, J.Pinette US Army Vet.

Sir. Long time sub. Love your vids. I am a single male, pushing 80 years old. Everything you show is easy enough to do by any man or woman or even an old coot like me with the simplest equipment. You keep things inexpensive, noncomplicated, and relative ease to accomplish. I am thanking you for your time, effort and instruction. One Vet to another.

I like the idea of these vids being centered on minimal gear and making use of what is found on site. I also like the idea of minimizing on-site construction, especially if this is first night scenario. Day 2 can include more construction to improve conditions if staying in-place.

If you are seeing this video and missed the mid week, I would suggest watching the video where he made this oven. This is a versatile piece of gear as you can use this stock pot to boil water or cook a large stew or whatever. Pack some of your smaller stuff inside and you still can pack it without too much trouble.

Semper Fi ! Love all of your videos , I have commented in the past about some suggestions (not because you need them) and you actually did them ( not necessarily because of me) like a super minimum kit and others. What I think would be really cool is if you did an overnight with one of your subscribers (obviously wouldn’t be solo then). How you pick that subscriber doesn’t matter. My kids love watching the “Camping Guy” ( please don’ take any offense) every Sunday and during the week with me! You content is great and I appreciate how much I have learned from you!

Always great education skills from the Corporal, watch every episode. A new roll of bank line...sweet AF. Living in the desert southwest I have minimum access to wooded areas which are a rare commodity and restricts me to the type of shelters I can fabricate but other ideas/skills in these videos can be adapted for use. Thanks Corp. K.

I brought this up & to a degree, there's how the KZfaq Algorithms seem to work or not work & then, in the past as well as not long ago, this channel & others get slammed by spambots. Seems most have some tie in to Instagram & WhatsApp from what little I could learn from them. I think those are what messes up somebody's notifications but not sure how? I had to basically "re sub" to this channel more than once because it dropped me & when I re did it, it took for a bit only to do it again. @ the time, Shawn here was getting slammed by porn site dropping spambots that I always tried to be quick & tell him about, hoping he could purge them. I think the spambots always operated with a multitude of "intro" 1st name screen names but eventually, gave you one if 5 similar scam sites as URL's, so that made it hard to purge via KZfaq Studio or whatever Shawn had to do. Recently, the newer ones are "Crypto Currency" bots where you get fake screen name accounts but all give the "I made X amount with Mr. / Mrs. So & So" followed by a bunch of "praise about the "investor" & finally, their WhatsApp #. Those come in clumps, because it starts off with one, only to have 4 and more join in with the same typed out "Script" in a congregation all pouring out garbage about the "Crypto Investor" who always has a generic sounding supposed last name. Again, I don't know what they fully do to Shawn or anyone else's channel but they seem to mess things up as they spam comment.
