Steam the walleye fillet with sliced green onion and ginger. After steamed, pour some soy sauce on the fillet. Chinese way, yum~

Lightly cook bacon and wrap it around a good sized upper portion of a walleye fillet with a toothpick. Put it on a pellet grill around 350 then glaze with barbecue of your choosing. Smoke until the fish are done and enjoy

Was shore fishing the Mississippi River this afternoon and came home with a limit of perch and gills. The perch here are done spawning and the gills and crappie are just coming into the shallows.
