@MinnDakOutdoors here's a recipe if you guys would like tk try it out. -lemon grass -ginger -yellow onions -green onions -salt and MSG and black pepper. Boil the heads in a pot along with the lemon grass and ginger and add your spices to your liking taste the broth. Then all the rest of the veggies into the boil after its done cooking. Let the veggies soak with lid closed for about 5-10mins before serving. Great with some rice. Lmk if you guys try this out. Would like to see a catch and cook video. 👌

BBQ season is for pork and maybe beef. Let them soak a little in salt water or buttermilk. Use some lemon pepper and salt. Or just lemon juice , salt and pepper.

I don't know about lakes , but rock bass in mountain streams. In lower altitudes of trout streams , love the Rebel Crickhopper. They probably would hit the Rebel craw also.
