Hike up to Glaramara in perfect winter conditions, with the night spent by High House Tarn. First run out for the Terra Nova Pioneer 2 on the fells. Bloody marvellous!
One of my best camps yet with fantastic views all around. With Great Gable, Great End, Esk Pike and Bowfell being most prominent.

Thanks. I camp in all weathers but just find rubbish weather not that good for filming. It’s all about the views for me!

Excellent, ace scenery, pleasure to watch 🙂👍 Shame about drone, reminded me how I went out on some hike somewhere taking photos (pre You Tube channel) just to discover when I got home I hadn't put memory card in camera!!

Have you replaced the Voyager with the Pioneer or do you still have both? The Pioneer looks a good deal at the current price. How do the two compare in your opinion?

Hi mate. I’ve kept both. The voyager feels a bit more spacious as the inner is more taught, the pioneer is a bit easier to set up as it’s all pitched in one ( especially if you attach the groundsheet) and has two doors. Both good tents, I think I’ll use the pioneer more than the voyager in summer as it should have much better ventilation.
