Hello, You can use Support Material only for the last 2 or 3 layer that connect to the printed thing. Its cheaper too. And you can cut 10 Meters from the Spool and put the Spool into the bag. Than you have for every print good Support Material.

Can you really only use the build plate 15 times?

I've never used soluble supports, but I'd like to some day. I'd love to try printing an entire transformer model, using soluble material to keep the parts separate so it's fully assembled & transformable off the build plate without having to do extensive, limiting 'print in place' design. That being said, while I can understand companies going closed source, consumable build plates are inexcusable these days.

Other than corporate greed, is there a valid reason for consumable build plates? Such an unusual design in that regard.

Would you recommend this or the ender pro I want to print small things like small if you know what diaclone is I wanna print stuff like the pilots but I need some recommendations

Not sure if you ever found what you were looking for, but it sounds like you would be better of with a resin printer, like an AnyCubic Photon or an Elegoo. For really small things a resin printer can provide detail that a filament printer just can't. They are messy and require more attention, so just research and see what you think.

I am glad you showed us that printer even though i would never buy a proprietary printer. That hot bed looks horrible and you must keep buying it? They seem to be going backwards and to be honest i hope they crash and burn.

Oh boy have you even heard of Stratasys? The bed isn't heated because they heat the entire chamber. I think it's a great deal for industrial applications.
