My headphones stopped working. The problem isn’t with device but headphones. I plug them in and no sound comes. Not even the regular sound. The whole thing is just muted. I tried it on every device in my house. Please help. I luv these headphones (they were also expensive)

As shown in the video after installing the app you must have changed options inside app, right? I dont remember exact options, so you just change the option for ' sound will come out of speaker '. Maybe try the default options of the application which you have changed

I think its headphone jack issue.. and its causing phone to think that pause/play button on headphone jack is pressed
