This is a really excellent summary of Bill's solution oriented approach to hypnotherapy. Although I doubt that anyone person can completely systematise what Milton Erickson did I believe that Bill has come as close as possible to doing so with his solution oriented approach. Reading Erickson's case histories I used to be left with the question 'but how did Erickson know what to do ?' .Bill's 'class of problems-class of solutions' went a long way to answering this question.

EXCELLENT and thank you for posting this! I found it to be very informative and Mr. O'Hanlon was an excellent presenter and gave great insights and metaphoric examples, which are KEY in the practice of regression, hypnosis and retraining conscious thought/behavior.

Thank you this is good stuff..just purchased your book on hypnosis and this lecture is a good addition ..now I I just need to find a therapist who does this for my own personal issues
