After replacing the thermostat the "Check Engine Light" hasn't come back on and the Inifinti has been running fine. 👍🏽

Never be embarrased to take more parts off than necessary to do a quality job. I applaud you for taking pride in your work and the owner will appreciate you NOT breaking his connector. BUT...was i the only one that spyed that coolant overflow tank had a serious case of the crusties???? Looks like coolant was leaking out around the cap for some time.

How did you take the cover off when the VVT wiring clip was stuck? We are taking all the bolts off, but it won’t come off and yours look like it came off very easily so you could unclip the VVT solenoid wiring clip to get the 3rd thermostat bolt out.
