It’s honestly so amazing to see Japanese people who are from Japan being so interested in our culture and trying the food, and the most awesome part, trying to make it. I’m personally a Somali/American who has always loved Japan and loves the culture and hopes to one day teach English and live there. I really love what you have done here and from the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank you for loving our culture, because not many people do

@@EthnicNeighborhoods Great episode. I honest-to-goodness love Japanese culture it is a very honourable and stately culture. It reminds me of much of my own. We even share some linguistic phrases that are similar. *Japanese: わからないよう。(wakarana yo - I don't know)* *Somali: Ma garanaa yo - I don't know.* Yuri here is a good channel for learning Somali food. It's owned by a Somali family in Toronto, and they have a restaurant by the same name. kzfaq.info Making the anjeelo round, without holes, symmetrical, with sufficient perforations to catch the sauce and yet with a crispy bottom - it is hard. Also making camel meat soft and juicy is very difficult. This is why Somali families always prefer young camels.
