Hi Healing Soul 🤍,
Welcome to your safe space for releasing and healing from trauma. 🌿
This guided somatic breathwork and meditation for releasing and healing trauma is dear to me. I’ve seen this process impact the lives of others and myself in profound ways. The most important thing I’ve learned with trauma is that we all have trauma and we’re not going to think our way through healing it.
This needs to be a somatic breathwork & meditation experience so that our body and mind can process and release it. This video will walk you through the entire emotional releasing and healing experience that I've been applying for the last few years.
We're going to cover….
🌟Understanding Trauma: We’ll dive deep into the effects of trauma on the mind and body, and how guided breathwork and meditation serve as a supportive tool in the healing process.
🌬️ Breathwork for Trauma Release: I’ll walk you through my guided breathwork technique designed to release stored tension and promote emotional well-being. This was created to give you the most out of your somatic breathwork for trauma release.
🧘‍♀️ Meditation for Trauma Healing: After the breathwork, we’ll smoothly transition into my powerful guided meditation created to help you heal trauma. This safe space will help you process emotions and cultivate a sense of calm and resilience.
I know how one can feel in their trauma and triggers, it can feel overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be that way. When you start to manage your triggers and fears your life will start to change dramatically.
Created with love, understanding, and the intention to help you foster a deep connection with your body and sense of self.
This is a wonderful gift to your future self 🙏.
Much Love,
Tyson

Hi friends, I hope you enjoyed the video. For those wanting more time to process each stage during the guided meditation I made an extended version. You can watch on my website: rhythmbreathwork.com/video/trauma-release-and-emotional-healing/. It free to watch, just didn’t want to duplicate the video on KZfaq. I know facing trauma, fears and triggers can be scary and uncomfortable. Remember to be gentle and slowly let your body and mind know you're safe and okay. I suggest to keep revisting the guided meditation until your system lets it go. It will feel like a weight is lifted off you. Sending love and healing energy your way. Tyson ❤

I keep visiting this meditation in the morning recently. I like the energy of this - pace, your voice and the music. I use it as backround for many healings. The intro breathwprk is supportive and then i just follow where it takes me. Today was in a deep space, releasing false memory holograms and eneegetic shapes coding the relationship.with my sister. Blessings to you. ❤

I enjoyed the session. The pace and timing of speech was helpful. I would like more time at the end to cement the experience of getting through the imagined event. For me, during imagining the stressful event, I could not calm myself and just had the trigger in my body. I did EFT tapping at that moment. I will be able to regulate myself now, but more time is needed in the meditation to not leave people triggered. The cue of being able to get through anything was helpful and more of those encouraging words would be beneficial. Thank you for making this video, I will do the breathing segment again...personally, I need more support during the meditation as to not retraumatize or to have a completion.

Thank you for being honest and sharing your feedback. I'm reading that there wasn't enough time for you to move through the experience and it left you triggered. I can only imagine how unpleasant that must have been for you. I will consider that next time I do another video on Trauma. Thank you for trusting me and going through the experience.

This was such an interesting experience. Thank you! I have just recently gotten into breath work over the past month and a bit and I am so pleased to have taken the step. I am also just beginning to learn about the 'somatic' aspect of things, especially after hearing in so many places that trauma healing requires physical exercises such as this, not just mental things like talk therapy, etc. This one was a challenge at first. I am not familiar with breathing like this, and I felt so alive and my face was vibrating. I got used to it, and it felt really great. I am not used to breathing 'full' breaths - something I've experienced since childhood (possibly attributed to my nervous system being disregulated and an incredibly young age due to experiencing abuse from as early as I can remember - thankfully this does abuse no longer occurs) - and that incredible inhale you took us through allowed me to feel the most amazing, cleansing and relieving full breath. In the meditation, I went to an experience I had in December where I travelled overseas and experienced some of the worst feelings of anxiety I have experienced in my life. Usually when I think about this experience it feels uncomfortable, frightening, shameful and painful. When I thought about it during your meditation, I felt so neutral. I find this so interesting. I look forward to practicing this daily :) My goal is to practice this daily for a month. Thank you so much for sharing your gift. P.S - When it comes to the visualisation of safety afterwards, I am wondering if you have any thoughts.. I kind of struggled with what specifically I should be visualising. On that trip, I had to come early, so my safety was returning home early (though I was still extremely anxious), however I don't want to let anxiety rule future holidays and have to come early, so I don't necessarily want to associate safety with leaving when I feel anxious. Do you have any guidance on what I should be visualising in the safety aspect? I ended up visualising a calm version of myself enjoying my time on the holiday rather than feeling anxious. Not sure if this is the right route :) Thank you so much for your time.

Alyssa! this is such a thoughtful message you wrote. Thank you for putting so much time into it, I’m sorry my response was so late. For some reason didn’t show in my comments to reply to. I imagine you’ve already done work for a month. How did it go? That’s a beautiful gift to yourself of consist daily present breathwork, and meditation. first to be able to acknowledge where your anxiety lies is a beautiful gift because you know where to focus your energy. It sounds like you were concerned about a destination creating your safe space. The end journey of this trauma healing breathwork is to be able to create a calm stat in your present moment wherever you are at so you can think clearly and not being reactive. The more you do this, the more you’ll be able to sit in the stressful situation and quickly be able to calm your system, that is true freedom, you won’t need to go anywhere once you start building and anchoring to that relationship within yourself. it sounds like you’re already on the right track witb being able to create a peaceful space without needing to go anywhere . I hope it’s been a good experience for you. Love to hear about it. Once again, thank you for the intentional message ❤️🙏

Thank you, this was amazing. The visualisation section was so vivid I could hardly believe it. I humbly have some feedback though : the middle and end section were too short. Especially the end. I wanted to spend some more time in that safe space and release more emotion, but it was over quite quickly. I was literally crying but needed to let more out. The music and your voice, you see, were perfect, so it was difficult for me to keep the visualisation going for longer once it had all finished. Thank you for your work. It's a very kind thing to put out there.

Thank you for sharing how your experience went. Sounds like it was a positive experience but a little more time to process the stages would had been helpful. I can totally see where you're coming from. I went ahead and recreated the video and added longer processing time for the middle and end stages. I've uploaded it to my website so that it does not duplicate the already uploaded video on KZfaq. Here the link to the extended version: rhythmbreathwork.com/video/trauma-release-and-emotional-healing/ Appreciate the kind words, sending love your way ❤️

Visualizing can be tricky for some. Instead of thinking in pictures, just imagine the feeling of an experience. Try to remember a time when you were relaxed and just be in that relaxed state and then move into a memory when you were more stressed out and see if you can bring yourself back to relax state. The base of this is processing feelings, moving through them and understanding them. Putting effort like you're doing is such a gift to yourself.❤️

I’ve been meaning to pop in here for a while to share my experience using this powerful guided breathwork. I completely resonate with the description of this trauma-informed breathwork and meditation acting like a switch as that’s exactly how it’s felt for me. Over the last year I’ve been navigating some really tough big life events and childhood traumas and this has been one of the most pivotal tools in my ‘mental health toolkit’ that has allowed me to come back to myself and call forward the life that I deserve to live. Thank you endlessly for your service to the world 🫶🏻
