Note about my music selections : Full tempo Hustle is in the 120 BPM range so understand that the songs I've selected for this video are purposefully much slower in tempo to make it easier to learn for those who are new to dance or who have health issues which affect their dancing.
Purpose : This video is designed to introduce SYNCOPATED Hustle to new dancers. Many I know still do the 4-count Hustle. That's not a bad thing. You can simply consider syncopated Hustle to be a more advanced, more aerobic, more athletic, etc. style of Hustle. If you have health challenges like recent knee or hip replacements, heart issues, don't feel bad if you can't do the syncopated rhythm. If you dance syncopated hustle to full tempo music (i.e. in the 118-120 range) your heart rate will become considerably more elevated versus the 4-count Hustle!
Dance style : This is social, not competitive, Hustle. My goal here is to teach a fun, social style of Hustle. I'm not out to win any awards here. (You'll notice I even forgot to put my dance shoes on for this video! Ha ha!!)
