Both r different courses, ece is electronics and communication which is a different sector , computer science deals with coding so both r very different branches. If u want to get a placement in a software company then u should have good coding skills .

1) Hostel E,G,I most probably 2) No 3) coe and copc are almost similar only difference is that in copc they focus only on software and in coe it has some hardware related part also. So Copc>cod 4) coe is very old branch in thapar in compare to copc that's why . 5)if u r not into gaming or editing stuff then intel graphics cards are more than sufficient. Good graphics are needed if u r doing some graphic demanding work like games , video editing, designing etc. So choose accordingly. (✌️✌️)
