Dude... Big hug to you! He did an extremely good job at inspiring all of us folks with crazy ideas and concepts and showed ways we could go about these crazy things to actually bring them into fruition. I found your channel because of him and have enjoyed everything ever since. Even at my age, he gave me ideas, made me smile, and his videos helped me through some really tough times and just kept my mind working. He will be missed and my wife & I wish his family and friends our most sincere condolences.

Live up to the potential Grant saw in you, he clearly saw your capability far beyond what others may have done, I'm sorry for your loss, its clear how much he meant to you on a personal level, Keep doing your science videos either here on KZfaq or elsewhere, you're a great teacher of the subject and you have a promising career ahead of you, when life knocks you down, you get back up and try even harder, live happy, stay strong, regards, Pete

These videos are really getting to me. I know I could just not watch them, but I feel like I need to out of respect. I never met the guy, but a lot of channels I really like did, and every one of them just wants every one to know what a positive influence he was in their channel and life. Not many people can be that guy. But it looks like Grant Thompson was. Long live the King!

Death is a delicate subject, everyone has their own interpretation of it, but it's nice to see the effect of one person on many people. I know that we are all made of energy, energy cannot be created or destroy only converted from one form to another, so we live on in many forms and many forms of interpretation.

Well, I guess this means there is now officially a 0% chance of The King of Random channel returning to it's former glory. :( Dude sold out HARD (not even appearing in most videos) and in the end, it wasn't even worth it. Should have took my constructive criticism years ago so as not to have tarnished the legacy of your now tragically short life and even shorter stint as a QUALITY KZfaqr before jumping ship into the money pit of abusing the algorithms for gains instead of the passion projects which originally made TKOR so great.
